Advisory Boards Code of Ordinances Commission
More than three hundred (300) citizens serve on the advisory boards that advise County Government and local agencies on many topics. The provisions in the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated as the "Rowan County Code of Ordinances"... The Rowan County Board of Commissioners consists of five (5) members who are elected at large in countywide elections to serve four-year staggered terms.
