The Administration Department is responsible for overseeing Human Resources, Maintenance, Risk Management, Pretrial Services, and  Airport  Operations. The department focuses their efforts on hiring and retaining qualified employees, providing quality employee benefits, ensuring employee safety, maintaining County buildings, and offering efficient Airport services to those flying into and out of Rowan County. The Pretrial Program was added to the Administration Department in 2007 and continues to expand their services.
