Shelter Policies:
The Animal Shelter Office Hours are:
- Monday through Friday from 11:00 am until 4:30 pm
- Saturday from 8:00 am until 11:30 am
- The Shelter is closed on most major holidays, so please call for more information.
- Kennel hours differ slightly from office hours. See below.
Please note: No money transactions will be completed after 4:15 Monday through Friday or after 11:15 am Saturdays, which includes adoptions and redemptions.

The Adoption and Kennel Hours are:
- Monday through Friday from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm
- Saturday from 8:00 am until 11:00 am
- No adoptions will be processed after 4:15 pm weekdays/11:15 am Saturdays due to daily closing procedures.
- All stray animals are held for a minimum of 3 working days before they are released for adoption.
- Owner animals that are turned in to us are available for adoption the same day they are brought to the Shelter.
- Our adoptions operate on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore we do not accept down-payments towards an animal nor will we hold an animal for an individual.
- The $70 adoption fee is the same for the general public as well as a rescue organization.
