Plans Review Process

Building Plans Review is required for
 all Commercial Buildings (new and upfits)

ALL PLANS must be reviewed PRIOR to obtaining building permits.

Brian Goins is the Plans Reviewer at the Building Code Enforcement Department.

PLEASE NOTE: Plans must be submitted before 4:00 pm

Commercial Projects (must meet requirements on the checklist )
   Required forms to be completed at submittal:  Appendix B, 
   Statement of Special Inspections Form and Plans Review Procedure
