Before you bring your materials to a recycling drop center in Rowan County make sure you remove the materials we can't recycle. This includes items such as food, plastic bags, plastic tubs, dinnerware, coat hangers, and anything coated with wax (like orange juice containers).

All recyclables are accepted free of charge at any of our Convenience Centers. However, there is a fee to dispose of any garbage brought to these centers. The following rates apply to non-recyclable material disposal only.
