Purchasing

Purchasing is located in the J. Newton Cohen, Sr. Rowan County Administrative Building at 130 West Innes Street, Suite 110-120, Salisbury. Street parking is available in front of the building and on North Church Street. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
