According to General Statute 130A-35(i.), The Rowan County Board of Health is required to meet at least quarterly. Scheduled meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in the Community Room at the Rowan County Health Department, 1811 East Innes Street, Salisbury, NC at 6:30 p.m. They are open to the public.
