Plans Review Process
Building Plans Review is required for residential homes over 7000 sq. ft., for all log homes and for all commercial buildings. ALL PLANS must be reviewed PRIOR to obtaining building permits.
Brian Goins (704).216.8614 is the plans reviewer at the Building Inspections Department. Please feel free to contact him with any plans review questions.
