Personally, I am committed to all citizens of Rowan County.

Exception: Marriage Licenses 8am to 4pm

Effective 1 October, 2011 - To ensure the good service and accuracy which our office always strive to provide the citizens of Rowan County, the Rowan County Register of Deeds office will be unable to accept any new documents for recording after 4:30PM daily.The office will continue to be open 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday for all other official functions except the issuance of marriage licenses. Marriage Licenses will continue to be offered from 8AM-4PM Monday through Friday as previous.
