Vehicle auctions occur ten (10) days after the vehicles are seized by the Rowan County Sheriff's Office. Photos & listings are posted below:
Payment due at time of sale.
Sales are subject to all liens, mortgages and encumbrances, which were or became effective on the record prior to the levy of the execution under which this sale is being held. Sheriff has right to postpone sale for any reason upon giving notice to all bidders.
