ROWAN COUNTY BOARD APPOINTMENT VACANCIES

The Rowan County Board of County Commissioners is currently soliciting applications for qualified individuals interested in serving on the following advisory boards:
 
• Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee
• Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control Finance Authority
• Board of Public Health (General Public,  Registered Nurse, Optometrist)
• Nursing Home Advisory Committee
• Home and Community Care Block Grant Advisory Committee
• Parks and Recreation Committee
• Planning Board
• Rowan Public Library Board
• Salisbury-Rowan Economic Development Commission
• Personnel Commission
• Rowan County Historic Landmarks Commission
• West Rowan VFD Fire Commissioners
• All Rowan County VFD Board of Trustees
• Zoning Board of Adjustments
  
Applications may be obtained online by visiting www.rowancountync.gov and selecting:
• Advisory Boards
• You may choose to complete an online application or a printable application

Additional information regarding applications or board duties/responsibilities may be obtained by contacting the Rowan County Manager’s Office at (704) 216-8180.  Applications should be returned to the Rowan County Manager’s Office, 130 West Innes Street, Salisbury, North Carolina by 5:00 pm November 23, 2012.
