         RDH - Close Out Public Hearing 

Rowan County notifies the public that it will conduct a public hearing before the Board of Commissioners on Monday, March 18, 2013 at or about 6:00 PM in the J. Newton Cohen, Jr. Room, second floor, Rowan County Administration Building, 130 West Innes Street in Salisbury, North Carolina. The purpose of the public hearing is to close the County’s 2007 Community Development Block Grant project for RDH Inc.

The project consisted of the construction of 5,400 linear feet of water main. A total of $210,620.21 in CDBG-ED funds was expanded and no new jobs were created by RDH as a result of the project.

Written comments received prior to the opening of the Public Hearing will be considered.  Written comments may be sent to Gary L. Page, County Manager, 130 West Innes Street, Salisbury, North Carolina 28144.
