HOPE Program
Harm Reduction, Outreach, Prevention, Education (HOPE) is a partnership between Rowan County Public Health, Rowan County Emergency Medical Services, and the Center for Prevention Services that provides supportive outreach to individuals who are opioid users or high risk.
