Email Reference Guidelines
Every reasonable attempt will be made to respond to reference questions within 48 hours. Questions received over a weekend or holiday may require more time to respond. Email reference questions should be limited to those that have concise, factual answers. Some reference questions are more complex and may require consultation with you, so please leave a phone number where we may reach you.

Requests for photocopy services or reserving books via email cannot be accepted at this time.

You may renew or place a hold on a title through our Online Catalog.

Material Request
If we don’t have the material you’re looking for, use our Material Request Form or give us a call at 704-216-8243, and we’ll make every attempt to make sure to get it to you, whether by ordering it or borrowing from another library.
