The Rowan County Landfill will be CLOSED on Thursday, November the 28th ONLY. Recycling Centers will be CLOSED Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday Nov 29 and will reopen on Saturday, November the 30th. All Administrative Offices and the Recycling Processing Center will be CLOSED beginning at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 27 and will reopen on Monday, December 2.
