Early voting for all Rowan County municipal elections begins October 19, 2017, at the Board of Elections office at West End Plaza, located at 1935 Jake Alexander Blvd W, Suite D10, Salisbury, NC . 28147. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM weekdays. Early voting continues until November 4, 2017, a Saturday when hours will be 8 AM - 1 PM.
