This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide sufficient information to enable interested vendors to submit a proposal for a Law Enforcement Memorial for the Rowan County Sheriff's Office to be installed at the Rowan County Courthouse.  Dimensions for the memorial are as follows:

• Two lower bases are to be bid as steeled gray granite
• Base that is at 54" in width will be black granite with a 2" margin at the top
• 44" mid base, columns, and cap will be made of solid black granite
• Between the columns will be a bronze flame sculpture or similar option with dimensions of approximately 19 5/8" x 9 1/16" x 5 1/2" to be provided by bidder
• Bid should include cost for engraving on memorial in white lithochrome
• Attachment A shows components/specs to make up the monument
• Attachment B is a picture of a similar monument from Union County
