The Rowan County Board of Commissioners will consider a waiver of competitive bidding under G.S. 143-129(e)(3) at its regular meeting on October 1, 2018 for the purchase of a Microsoft Software Enterprise Agreement for the Rowan County Information Technologies Department from SHI International, the seller having agreed to extend to Rowan County the same or more favorable price and terms set forth in its contract with the State of North Carolina (NC State Contract #208C), effective May 1, 2017.
