The Granite Quarry Industrial Park is Rowan County’s newest addition to a growing inventory of sites and buildings. The park contains approximately 80 acres, and 4 buildings ranging in size from 60,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet are planned.
Granite I, a spec building of 150,000 square feet, has been completed. Office space is build-to-suit, floors are 4,000 PSI with six-inch reinforced concrete, and lighting is LED florescent. Parking will accommodate 134 vehicles with room for 30+ trailers. There are 15 loading docks with knock-out panels to expand to 28.
Granite II is a spec building of 100,000 square feet and expected to be complete in 2019.
With excellent access to Interstate 85 and a location in a growing community, Granite Industrial Park is an attractive location for manufacturing and distribution operations.
