[ARCHIVED] Matrix Consulting to Evaluate Review Processes

Rowan County retained the Matrix Consulting Group to evaluate the county's current development review processes involving the following departments:

Building Inspections
Planning and Development
Fire Inspections
Erosion Control
Environmental Health

As part of this evaluation, Matrix Consulting has created an online survey for the development community, citizens and customers to provide their opinion(s) regarding service delivery and possible improvements in the development review and permitting process. I encourage you share your views on this topic as it is vital to the continued success of Rowan County. All responses are anonymous.
