Rowan County Case Information:

Continued Vigilance Required to Slow the Spread

As part of the daily statistical update, we remind our citizens and communities of the importance of staying at home and social distancing. These are the most effective weapons we have to fight back against the Coronavirus. Today, the number of positive COVID-19 cases has increased by 14. The majority of these were caused because the virus spread from person to person.  This means that we need to do better at keeping separation among each other. It really does matter; help us protect our community by maintaining at least 6 feet between you and anyone else.  When social distancing is difficult, cloth face coverings are recommended.  You can watch this video to learn how to make your own cloth face covering.
