No special circumstance is needed to vote by mail. Voters can print the NC Absentee Request Form and mail, fax, email or hand deliver to Rowan County Board of Elections. All information is provided on the form and instruction sheet.
Uniformed service members and U.S. citizens living outside of the country may request absentee ballots under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA). For more UOCAVA information and to make a request visit FVAP.gov.
