Free Flu Shots on Wednesdays

The Rowan County Health Department will be offering free flu shots for uninsured or underinsured people on Wednesdays (December 2, 9, and 16) from 2:15 to 5 p.m.  This will be drive-thru.  For more information, please call 704-216-8782.

The best ways for us to prevent a "twin-demic" of severe illness from both the flu and COVID-19 are to: 1) get vaccinated, 2) wash your hands, 3) wear a mask, and 4) continue to social distance as appropriate.
