    If an item is not added to the Rowan Public Library collection, do you, the borrower, wish to be contacted to place an Interlibrary Loan Request? Interlibrary Loan requests may take up to 6 weeks to fill depending on the lending library. You may have only 3 active ILL requests. There is a $5 processing fee per request. If you choose to initiate an Interlibrary Loan you may visit any branch of the library to pay the fee or pay by phone at 704-216-8243 with a credit card.
