This link will take you to the Biosignia portal where you will use the username and password you created to complete the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) prior to screenings. If you have forgotten your username/password, please call 704-414-5435 for a password reset. The KYN profile is a comprehensive summary of your health status and indicates recommended lifestyle changes based on individual health and wellness needs.
