Care Management for At-Risk Children (CMARC) is a program offered at no charge for children birth to 5 years of age who have long term medical conditions, challenging levels of stress, or are referred by a doctor.
Care Management for High Risk Pregnancies (CMHRP) services are provided for pregnant Medicaid recipients who are determined to be at risk for poor birth outcomes.
