This notice includes the list of contests and statewide or local referenda expected to appear on ballots for eligible military and overseas voters under UOCAVA.

Please note: North Carolina law requires voters to provide photo identification when voting. UOCAVA voters who return their ballot by mail or through the secure portal must include a copy of an acceptable photo ID or complete an ID Exception Form with their ballot.

Federal Voting Assistance Program
Voting assistance is also available for Service members, their families, and U.S. citizens living overseas through the Federal Voting Assistance Program at FVAP.gov.
