Program Overview In 1983 Rowan County Senior Games joined North Carolina Senior Games with a vision to create a year-round health promotion and education program for adults of Rowan County age 50 years or better.
Senior Games is a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit. It allows participants to stay fit while enjoying the company of friends, family, spectators and volunteers.
