The Rowan County Soil and Water Conservation District is dedicated to educating its citizens about conserving our natural resources. We offer educational programs for students and adults at no cost. School programs are aligned to the NC Essential Standards for Science and may include plants, animals, life cycles, soils and rocks, the water cycle, stewardship, and habitats, If you would like our Education Coordinator to visit your school, scout troop, garden club, 4-H club, civic group, or camp please email Kelli Isenhour or call 704-216-8998.
