All land-disturbing activity performed in Rowan County should follow appropriate erosion control practices. Land disturbing activity of one acre or more is subject to the requirements of the Rowan County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Ordinance (PDF) (RCSESCO).

Plan Submittals

A complete Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan includes both digital and hard copies as outlined below:

Physical (Hard) Copies:  Plans (2 sets), Calculations, Checklist, Signed and Notarized FRO, Property Deed, FEE* (fee sheet)

Digital Copies: Plans, Calculations, Checklist, Signed and Notarized FRO, Property Deed
